It is a humongous blessing from Allah that we have a Masjid in this remote part of the world. Visit us if you haven’t already. A Masjid, is a cornucopia of spiritual nourishment and therefore, not merely a structure comprised of wood and concrete.

The soul of the Masjid is the effort that’s put in by the believers; be it contemplating and connecting with the Divine,  offering classes with the community, conducting important life cycle events, or working together to help those around us most in need – these are the endeavours that really make a Masjid. And that is where you come in.

The YMS’ vision of being an ideal Islamic community, a force for good in this city and it’s mission of building a community with Islam as its ethos and striving towards becoming better depends largely on YOUR generosity to fund current and future activities and cover a range of continual costs.
